These Terms govern your use of Maya Luxury Braids's website, mobile app, and salon services. By booking an appointment you agree to these Terms.
Service prices and durations shown online are starting estimates. Final pricing is confirmed by the stylist at the start of your appointment based on the actual length, thickness, and add-ons selected. We never increase the deposit amount mid-appointment without your agreement.
Most services require a non-refundable deposit at booking, applied toward your final balance. Cash bookings are reviewed individually.
You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment. Inside 48 hours, your deposit is forfeited. Inside 24 hours, the full booking fee may be charged. See our policies page for the full breakdown.
We hold appointments for 15 minutes past their start time. After that we may need to shorten or reschedule the service. No-shows forfeit the full deposit and may be required to pre-pay future bookings.
Some services require you to arrive on freshly washed and blow-dried hair, or to bring specific extensions. Service-specific notes are clearly listed on each booking page.
Tell us before your appointment if you have a sensitive scalp, recent surgical site, or other medical condition that may affect tension or product choice. We will adjust technique accordingly.
Reviews left through the app or website are publicly displayed. We may hide reviews that include personal attacks, profanity, or content that violates our community standards.
Service fees are non-refundable once the appointment is completed. If you're unhappy, contact us within 48 hours and we will work with you to make it right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Denver County, Colorado.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the new Terms.
